We have been using the Ashburn Village Animal Hospital for many years now and wouldn't take our pets anywhere else. We think the world of Dr. Velling and the entire staff. Our cats are part of our family and the care they have received from AVAH has been outstanding. We lost our older cat, Tok, to lymphoma last summer and appreciated the care and support we received. Ninky, our "younger" cat has been fighting serious health issues over the last year and Dr. Velling has been fantastic - patiently explaining and spending the time with us to talk through issues and options. Thank you for being there for us!

Dear Staff at Ashburn Village Animal Hospital,

This is a little late, but I wanted to thank you all so much for everything you did to take care of my dog, Baily, and to help me through a difficult time with her. All of you were so caring and kind, and it meant a lot to me that you cared that much about my little dog and about me and my worries through her illness. Your caring attitude made a tough situation easier to handle. I appreciate it so much. Baily seems to be back to normal - ornery as ever! She stole some cookies the other day. However, she did her best to look apologetic once her thievery was discovered;-)

First, you send me the nicest card and within that card is another with the sweetest poem - which makes everyone who reads it cry, doesn't it? Then, a few days later, I get a package in the mail from "Linda" who made a Clay Paw Print of Andy's paw and sent same to me. Pets are so important to us old folks as so many of us live alone. Andy was always talking to me and expected me to talk to him (he said he could do without my singing, tho). Your gestures of comfort to me are deeply appreciated.
